A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in United States & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing.

A. Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can!

Order processing time: 1-3 business days.

Shipping time from China: around 10-15 business days.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-10 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
